Returns or exchanges have to be made within 4 days of the purchase date or they will not be honored. The shoes must be in the same condition as when bought. Shipping will be paid by the buyer, and they must contact us within 3 days of sending the shoe back with their order number. A 15% restocking fee policy is in place.
